Common questions

How does Trip Check work? Pick a destination and your travel dates, choose who's going, and Passport Pro applies that country's minimum passport-validity rule (the "six-month rule" and its variants) to each traveller's passport — telling you whether they're cleared to fly or need to renew first. Always confirm with the destination's embassy before you travel.

How do I cancel my subscription? iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Passport Pro → Cancel.

How do I restore a previous purchase? Settings tab in-app → Restore Purchases.

Where are my documents stored? On your device only. Scans are saved with file protection and can be locked behind Face ID. Nothing is uploaded.

How do I delete my data? Settings tab in-app → Delete everything. This is irreversible.

App is crashing on launch. Force-quit, then reopen. Still crashing? Email us your iPhone model and iOS version.
